Has a doctorate in Philosophy. Professor of the University of San Carlos. Provincial Superior of the SVD Philippine  Southern Province. For many years he has been journeying with the marginalized partners in the dumpsites of Cebu, with the street children and the prostituted women.

Dr. Filipina Sotto, Ph.D
Secretary

Has a Doctorate in Marine Biology. Professor of the University of San Carlos. Involved in several advocacy activities, especially related to the environment.

Sis. Estella Parmisano, SSpS
Treasurer

Certified Public Accountant. Provincial Superior of the Missionary Sisters Servants of the Holy Spirit, Philippine South. Elected treasurer of the BOT.

Fr. Ruby Tagaro, SVD, M.A
Member

Has a degree of Organizational Development from the University of the Philippines. Involved in the ministry with the indigenous people of Agusan del Sur. Presently runs a center for technical and vocational training for the Manobo youth.

Has a licentiate in Sacred Scripture from the Gregorian University in Rome. Has experience in community organizing especially among rural poor.
